Snack bars with watermelon rind: Floura bars

Floura Bars were created by the founder of Jeni’s Ice Cream as a functional line of snack bars, perfect for satisfying hunger in a delicious yet beneficial way. The snack bars are made with twelve unique plants with at least six super fibers and one fermented fiber to positively impact the gut microbiome. The snack bars put their own Floura Red Apple Paste, Floura Superfiber Flour, Floura Fermented Watermelon Rind Flour and Floura Red Apple Flour in the spotlight.

Floura Bars uses a free-from recipe with no gluten, dairy, refined sugars, stabilizers, emulsifiers or synthetic flavors in the mix. The snack bars have been funded as part of a Kickstarter campaign with two flavors including Raspberry Rose and Brambleberry Lavender, while Vanilla Rooibos, Mango Lassi and Matcha Blueberry are in development.
