Madhya Pradesh High Court dismisses case against auto driver accused of running over puppy after examining CCTV footage

A driver was accused of killing a puppy by running over it with his car, but the Madhya Pradesh High Court recently dismissed the First Information Report (FIR) against him. According to Justice Subodh Abhyankar’s analysis of the CCTV footage of the incident, petitioner Sarvesh could not have been responsible for the death of the puppy as he did not know it was lying on the road corner.
